form are requested to repeat the registration via the attached 'WORD' format form. Server instability was

observed then.

Inconvenience is regretted.

Dear Local participants! Should you prefer to pay your registration fees through the ATM

machine, kindly fax or e-mail us the transaction slip with your name written over it.

Without the transaction slip we may face problems identifying the payee.

Conference Fee

Conference fee covers: conference workshop, conference kit, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches and

a conference dinner.

Fee for Workshop only
